Our Staff:  All of our cleaners have individual access to the portal which they are required to use on a regular basis. The Portal provides them with job critical training and development, communication tools, company news and information.  Each employee has an online individual training plan which is tracked and managed by the senior management team.

All of our company policies and procedures are based within Portal to ensure all of our staff adhere to our corporate aims and objectives and become part of the Hall Cleaning Services family.  Not only is their access tracked and audited, there are also key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the portal to ensure our staff are continually improving and striving to be the very best they can.

 

Our Management:  The Portal allows our management teams to monitor the progress of our staff and ensure when important training is required, it is completed on time and goals are achieved.  We are continually monitoring and amending our policies as government regulations change, our Portal allows changes to be implemented quickly and seamlessly.

 

Our Customers:  When required, our customers can access the Portal to gather valuable information and to communicate directly with our management team.  Our unique approach to the way we serve our clients, with honesty and transparency, is another factor in what makes Hall Cleaning Services the number one choice.
